Rules:

• During the Day phase each player may speak and vote in-thread.
• If a player receives the majority of the available votes during the Day, they are lynched.
• At deadline, a player with half-majority will be lynched.
• If two players have reached half-majority and have the same number of votes, the player who reached that number of votes first will be lynched.
• You may vote No Lynch.
• After the Day, the game goes to Night.
• The game thread is closed during the Night. The Mafia may speak to each other at Night.
• All Active Roles may submit actions via PM at Night.
• The Mafia can, as a faction, kill one player at Night.
• After the Night, the game goes to Day.
• All dead players (lynched or killed) can no longer participate in the game.
• Basic rules for maintaining the integrity of the game thread are in effect (i.e. players may not quote their Role PMs, nor may they discuss the game outside the game thread unless otherwise permitted, etc.)
• The game is won when only one faction remains in the game.
• Mass role-claiming is not allowed, but you may reveal your role if you have something interesting to share.
• You may pm me questions or ask them in the game thread but you may not get an answer to some things.

Harry Potter was a normal boy. He lived in a normal house in Little Whinging, Surrey. Everything about him was normal, except that it wasn't.

 

Harry lived with his Aunt Petunia, Uncle Vernon, and Cousin Dudley. "Mr. and Mrs. Dursley, of number four, Privet Drive, were proud to say that they were perfectly normal, thank you very much." He was always told that his parents had died in a car crash when he was very young. He had survived the crash and came away with nothing more than a lightning bolt shaped scar on his forehead. For reasons that Harry could not understand he always seemed to be treated poorly by his family and spent the majority of his time confined to his small bedroom in the cupboard under the stairs or doing house chores for his Aunt and Uncle.

 

Strange things were happening around Little Whinging. Large flocks of owls were active during the daylight hours and seemed to even be attracted to Uncle Vernon and Aunt Petunia's house. One afternoon Harry retrieved the mail. A letter had arrived for him! He had never received any mail before. His Uncle quickly snatched the letter out of Harry's hands and a look of terror spread across Vernon Dursley's face. The Dursley's packed everybody up into their car and drove far away. They took shelter in a small creaking wind-whipped shack by the ocean. Little did Harry know but his entire world was about to change.

 

Shortly after midnight, on Harry's 11th birthday, the shack door was smashed in and a very large man stepped into the dingy living room. He introduced himself as Hagrid and began to tell Harry who he really was. Harry was not really a normal boy. He was a wizard. His dad was a wizard, his mom was a witch, and they both attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, where Harry was now being invited to. Harry left with Hagrid to prepare for his new life as a wizard.

 

On September 1st, Harry boarded the Hogwarts Express from King's Cross Station Platform 9-3/4 and set off to his new school to begin his new life in the wizarding world.

TW, I wish you could take example of Kevinh and made less guessing setups .

 

15 people, that means that there are most probably 4 scums (3 would be only 20% of players and 5 are 33% - both of those values are off from the typical 25%).

That means we can do 3 misslynches before we lose.

No lynching today means we can just make 2 misslynches before we lose...though to be fair - should we find at least one scum we'll get back that one misslynch we've lost due to nolynching.

 

Other than that let's not make a mistake of voting on inactives (we have replacements ready for that).
