I have to say, I hate scary movies or anything remotely scary but this did not have me impressed. I mean, I liked them considering they weren't scary but isn't that the point of the movie? You can tell when all predictable jumpstart are happening. Am I the only one who thought it wasn't scary?

I've never seen any of them because they sound stupid. Of course I'm not a fan of horror movies in general and think the huge majority of them are just dumb. I do like some good horror films though, like Steven King films, or 28 days/weeks later were pretty good zombie movies. But that's just because of the good plots and high emotions.

Horror movies never scare me though. Maybe when I was a kid, but as an adult, I don't really understand what people mean when they call a movie "scary" since it obviously can't hurt you. Video games can be scary, but only on the basis that they are interactive and can hurt you in game.

The second one isn't a horror film. It is more of like "The warriors" than it is to the first; I enjoyed it greatly.

Most horror movies really aren't scary. Modern horror movies are glorified gore fests. I delved briefly into watching horror movies for a couple years and then gave up on the genre. Too much recycled content. Cabin in the Woods was a good movie though, as it introduced something incredibly unique and at the same time was almost borderline comical. Check it out if you get the chance. Doesn't really follow the typical horror film story.

I didn't mind the third, I think it was the first one that had the neighbors at the end, that one wasn't my favorite
