I was going to say the same windows is known to have problems with 7 home, so i will try to get windows 7 ultimate and or replace your memory chip cause some form Acer are defaults. i dont know if its under warranty or not, if it is i will take it to the geek squad at best buy.

those who have windows have malware i had my Anti- Virus keep poping up about 20mins ago saying i got this running on my computer "backdoor.graybird" so i googleed what it was and well it turned out to be malware. i dont know what i did to get it or how i got it but i went to my friends website and someone else had the problem and it was fixed. all i had to do is install and run a program to delete most of my tracked cookies etc. now its fixed and my computer is 20xs faster its called CCleaner. so i recommend those with windows get it ASAP here is the link to his website http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=256203 here is the link to get CCleaner http://majorgeeks.com/CCleaner_Slim_d4191.html
