Basically Id like a high resolution image of this (flat obviously and same colour[black background, white outline]):

January, IRON's Member of the Month is obvious. With our two top Military guys out for the Holidays, we had a monumental problem. IRON needed not only a leader to step up and lead our highly motivated Military, but one to also lead our sides coalition. We needed someone who the rest of the world respected and had the experience to plan and execute a winning battle strategy. While the opportunity to lead the coalition did not emerge, he took the job knowing that he may very well be the Master Military Coordinator of the Coalition. IRON's Military was in good hands. Also while the war wound down he took over the Awards Dept issuing some long over due awards. I present to you the protector of puppies, taker of Welsh virginity, the son of IRON, Bill N Ted.

measure the shirt for me or something 1200 by 1200 is about 17 inches square so yea....
I'll see what I can do, if nothing else I can just dig up the font and create it from scratch.

Thatll be fine.
Basically it wont be 17inches square as they do scale it down; but it gives you a much sharper image when its printed out rather than a fuzzy/hazy outline you get if the image is of low resolution.
Could go for a 900-900 if that helps

I can't find a high enough res image to work so the quality loss is to the point I would need to near enough rebuild half the bloody image from scratch. Which I don't have the skill to do and have it coming out looking decent. Well I can cheat that a bit but the border really buggers that up so it's moot.
I can do it with out the border on a white (or really any other colour you want but black or really dark blues) background but thats about it unless someone can dig me up a really good quality starting point.
