sparta has come to me requesting some graphic work.

they are looking to get a flag designed for a new alliance.

 

Design would be a black background with a golden sunburst outlined in white in the center.

Preferably with the background being done so it looks like fabric (like how NSO does their flag).

he flag is for a very Imperial alliance (inspired by Dune's Imperium)

and is intended to radiate power, authority, and decadence.
