Www.Worldoftanks.com is a game that came out a few years ago and has really evolved in to something historically accurate, detailed, and to be candide, freakin' awesome. Basically it's like Need for speed for WWII era tanks, you participate in large 15v15 tank battles in which you train your crew, research technology, and improve the modules on your tanks. Right now the game includes French, USA, Russian, and German tanks. British, Chinese, and Japanese tanks will be added over time. It's a fairly large game and may tank time to download, and a requires a decent computer to run it. It is free, and rewards those who donate.

Its a funny game. I stopped playing cos my Gforce 540M was 80-90ºC xD

Most graphics cards can take anything under 90c happily and can usually go a fair bit over 100 safely (Though the GPU usually gets throttled back automatically before that.) So long as you're venting the heat well and your CPU isn't getting up that high, it's just fine.

540m is a son of a bitch card which has its problems, its a bad card and i am too stuck with it on my acer laptop and i regret buying this piece of ****. I have just disabled it from bios and run with stock intel card (I'm on i5) and the game gives me 40+ fps, which is v. much playable.
I'm on tier 5 atm, pushing german line.
pz4 is a **** tank, grille is awesome.

So I'm looking to download. Do we hav to train 15 tanks or just 1 and rest 15 are our friends 4m around the world on our team cuz training/upgrading 15 tanks wud b a pain..

I download the game and it updated itself and now every time I log in with the right account info it goes connecting and than it quits and returns me back to the login page but it doesn't say anything about incorrect info. Did anyone else here that play it have this happen to them. I really want to play it.

I very recently got back into it and have had no problems playing past the couple days. Try posting in the Support subforum or submitting a ticket.

I love the T29's op abilities I pen almost every tier VII tank and most VIII. Wish I could save the money for the damn T32 tho but ammo is so damn costly at tier VII and im to lazy to buy a tier V for the easy money making ability.
