Binding of the Four Kingdoms


Preamble:
We, the representatives of the undersigned allied nations, do hereby sign this mutual treaty of military and fiscal aid.

Article 1: All members are required to come to the aid of others in the event of a declaration of war. Peace can only be accepted once mutual agreement has been reached by all members.

Article 2: No member is required to declare war in the event that a fellow member is the aggressor. Other members must respect the wishes of the attacking nation if they wish to not ask for help.

Article 3: If a member wishes to terminate their involvement in the pact they must give a 48 hour notice and make the termination public. A member may be removed from the alliance if other members decide that their acts jepordize the alliance.
