[OOC] I'd like to remind I'm declaring on Nerau as s/he seems to be inactive.So this is an experiment to find who is active and who's not and bring life to the game back again.If Nerau comes back I'll give back the regions.Angel plz respond and update/calculate quckly.[OOC]

Fairly well since you are I hereby declare that you will be given your lands back as you are capable of operating them and dealing with the threats.However in return I would like you to join our Alliance in the upcoming Great War.Agreed???

EVENT: The Holy Empire re-instates the province no.12 of Imperial Republique should the accept the offers of alliance formation and calls off all attacks immediately.Peace will be declared should President Nerau accept.
