Today, the nations of North America and Eastern Africa agree to the creation of the Deadly Entente, an alliance created to protect all of our members.

Article 1: All members must aid other members in the event war is declared upon them

Article 2: members do not have to support another member if they declare war on another nation

Article 3: All members agree to allow other members free access through their territories to attack enemy nations

Article 4: In order to add more nations to the alliance, an open ballot will be held to decide if they can join ( more than 50% "yes" needed)

Article 5: Any nation wishing to leave the alliance must wait a period of 2 game turns before they can declare an attack against any remaining members (hopefully this never happens )

Article 6: Any member deemed to be a liability to the rest of the alliance will be given a warning to correct their actions, or can be removed if all the other members agree
