If you start a war, "raid", or spy (in game ie Gather Intel, or on their alliance forums) upon any member of the CyberNations community regardless of their alliance affiliation, or absence there of, without written permission in your squadron from a member of the military staff you are solely, completely, and irrevocably responsible for the response of that nation or alliance. Offenders will be subject to sanctions at the discretion of the IRON Council, including but not limited to: reparations to the nation they attacked, expulsion from the Republic.

There is no excuse. We do not tolerate behaviour of individuals which puts the Republic at risk.
