As far as I am aware, there is no way to recover the old nation. 

 

Your old nation had 5250 infra and 600 tech correct?

Did you have any wonders? If not, you can get back to your previous strength in a couple of months if you really go hard for nation building.

i was over 6k infra and 800 tech with 3 wonders (no war wonders)

26k ns with no military other than my 20%

You technically left and technically didn't. So, I see you already applied, I'm not sure who you'd talk to, probably admissions staff. And adjust your profile so your new nations ID is on your profile. So it don't cause confusion.

Frostde, just change your nation ID in your profile / settings and we'll let it be . Sadly admin doesn't repair / reimburse deleted nations.
