Would you be interested to become a city blogger where your city blog would be part of a larger blog? You would write about stuff in your city. News, events, parties, etc. In your own language, for your own public. You would advertise your sub-blog and run it yourself, you can even hire/fire other city bloggers.
In return, there will be some sort of revenue sharing system where you can sell advertising space. x% would go to me, for running costs, and to fund improvements, y% would be yours.
