Nope... Washington state! LOL But seriously though, if I feel I'm dirty enough, then I'll go hop in the shower. If I have an odor coming from my pits, chances are I need to shower. So yeah... I can't say that I have a set time frame for such.

The eternal debate, is the day's dirt grosser than the night's dirt. For me, it's definitely the latter. Gotta get that wonderful funky filth off before respectable work. 
But honestly, it doesn't matter as long as you at least use soap on your smelly areas (armpits, feet, and crotch), as well as deodorant. I can tell you from my time working at a college copy shop that people CAN tell when you don't shower. Some of those grad students had a presence at twenty yards that no one should experience.

And the East Asian grad students could smell just as bad as the Pakistanis, they just picked their nose more. An important thing to remember: you generally don't recognize your own smell and most people are too polite to comment. And try to shower at least three times a week. More is bad for your skin and hair, but please don't go more than two days without a shower. Keep it brief if you must. I can manage 5 minutes in a hurry.

I have yet used deodorant, ever. I find that smell itself (plus any perfume) worse then what I find in my normal chemical labwork (aka, ammonia usually 
).
then again, I also dislike the smell of ether, probably for its association with doctor practices >_>
