11PM is an open setup game with 11 players. It was designed by Shos for the 2015 open-setup design competition.

• 6 Townies
• 1 Town Watcher
• 1 A-Mafia Watcher
• 1 A-Mafia Goon
• 1 B-Mafia Watcher
• 1 B-Mafia Goon

Mechanics

• Daystart
• Both scumteams have daytalk
• The scum watchers are able to both kill and watch at the same night
• Town has a general 2-shot Bulletproof modifier: The first two townies to be killed will not die.
• If one person is shot by both scumteams, that counts only as one general BP-shot wasted.

Mafia A Watcher

• Welcome, [Player Name]. You are the A-Mafia Watcher, along with your goon, [Player Name].

Abilities:

• Factional communication: During the night phase you may talk with your partner here [QuickTopic link].
• Factional kill: Each night phase, one of you or your partner may perform the factional kill.
• Watch: Each night phase you may target a player you wish to investigate. You will receive result of which players targetted that person.
• You may perform both of the Factional kill and Watch at the same time.

Win condition:

• You win with Team-A Mafia, when all threats to it are dead or nothing can prevent this from occurring.

Mafia A Goon

• Welcome, [Player Name]. You are the A-Mafia Goon, along with your Watcher, [Player Name].

Abilities:

Town Watcher

• Welcome, [Player Name], you are a Town Watcher.

Abilities:

• Watch: Each night phase you may target a player you wish to investigate. You will receive result of which players targetted that person.

The Watcher is an informative role that can target a player at Night and learn who, if anybody, targeted that player the same Night (but not what actions were performed on that player).
Watchers have been seen as each alignment.

Bulletproof

Bulletproof is a role modifier that allows a player to avoid being killed at Night. This does not extend to protection from lynches; a role that is protected from lynches is instead called "lynchproof". For completeness, a role that is immune to lynches and other kills is considered "deathproof"

A Goon is a member of the Mafia with no special abilities. It is the Mafia-aligned equivalent of Vanilla Townie.
This is not to say that Goons are powerless - they have access to their Mafia's factional kill and factional chat.

A Townie (also known as Citizen, Townsperson, Villager, etc.) is a player with a pro-Town Win Condition. Due to ambiguity, "Townie" has been known to refer to any pro-Town player who has no extraordinary abilities or simply any pro-Town player. Players who have no extraordinary abilities are specifically called Vanilla Townies (abbreviated as VT). 

Vanilla Townies are defined by having no special abilities beyond being able to post and vote during the Day like everyone else. During the Night they do nothing.

If we don't get more to sign-up by Friday, I'll reduce the setup to accommodate who we have.

This setup doesn't make sense with one mafia group.  There would be no reason for the mafia to want to watch townies.  I'll find another 7-player open setup.

I know I had fun on Day 1 but holy shit I never seen a more retarded day than Day 2. I think I'm taking a break again after this from Mafia. 

At least extend it by 5 more days, I can only blame such a poor day on the site going down all the time. 

Five more days of minimal posts wouldn't improve things.  I blame it on holidays.
