The Constitution of the People's Republic of New Mongolia

Article I ~ General Provisions
Section I ~ The Nation of New Mongolia shall be a Republican Khanate of the People, serving the People of New Mongolia first and foremost.
Section II ~ The People's Republican Khanate of New Mongolia* (АБНXШМ), as it shall henceforth be known, shall only recognize a single Political Entity, with that being the Mongolian People's Party** (MAH), serving as the sole unifying entity of the People and of the State.

Section III ~ The Capital of the АБНXШМ shall be Ulaanbaatar, and shall serve as the seat for the MAH and other Government bodies.
Section IV ~ The National Languages of the Khanate shall be Mongolian, Russian, and Chinese; with Mongolian being the official language for the Government and proficiency being required to achieve citizenship.
Section V ~ Any opposition to this Constitution, as ratified by the MAH, or to the sanctity of the Khanate and it's unity with the People, shall be held as a traitor to the revolution.
Article II ~ Rights of the Individual and Government
Section I ~ The Laws of the Khanate shall be issued by the MAH through the will of the People, and therefore by the authority of this Constitution will apply to all citizens living within it's borders.
Section II ~ Given that all citizens of the Khanate are to be held to the Law, likewise all citizens shall be equal before the Law. All Citizens shall be entitled to equal rights insofar as they do not violate the Law.
Section III ~ All Citizens upon reaching the Age of 18 shall be permitted the right to vote so long as they have not been voided such right by the Law, and so long as they have registered with the relevant Government entities.
Section IV ~ The Khanate shall not be permitted to perform unlawful search, seizure, or arrest without probable cause for the sake of protecting the rights of the People.
Section V ~ In protecting the rights of the People of the Khanate, the Government shall at no time be prohibited from defending the rights of its citizens from foreign entities, including private corporations who may harm the general welfare of the people.
Section VI ~ In living under the Law, it will be the duty of every citizen of the Khanate to partake in elections as well as military service, regardless of race, religion, or creed*.
* Military Service shall be defined here as the fulfillment of at least one 2-year Contract with one branch or another of the Khanate's Military or the Golden Horde.
Article III ~ The Legislative Structure of the Khanate
Section I ~ The Legislature of the Khanate, being composed of and for the People therein, shall be the sole duty of MAH's Internal Affairs Committee* (MAHДAЭX). The Committee shall be composed of no greater than 70 but no less than 25 senior members of the Party whom have fulfilled their Military Obligations before submitting their names to the Khan for consideration. The Khan shall present those whom he sees fit for consideration to the Party Commons, whom, being the rightful voice of People, will take it to vote.

Section II ~ Any member of the MAHДAЭX found incapable of carrying out his/her duties, or of committing such behavior which goes against the values of the Party, shall be tried before the Judiciary Committee. If found guilty of offense, the Committee-person responsible shall be stripped of his/her position, arrested, and passed along to the МАНТГ* for questioning and sentencing.

Section III ~ The Legislature shall be required to meet no less than once a week in order to review and vote on Legislation, but will be given the Liberty to otherwise Govern itself as it sees fit, being a direct appendage of the People of the Khanate. Any Legislation passed by the MAHДAЭX may be struck down by the Khan, in which case it shall be passed to the Party Commons for a vote.
Article IV ~ The Executive Structure of the Khanate
Section I ~ The Supreme Leader of the People's Republican Khanate of New Mongolia, henceforth referred to as the Khan, shall be the sole executor of the will of the People as expressed by the Legislature; he shall serve as the living embodiment of the Khanate with full authority being derived from the will of the People.
Section II ~ As the living embodiment of the will of the people, the Khan shall be permitted to take part in the process of the Legislation howsoever he sees fit at any time.
Section III ~ As Sole executor, the Khan shall have full authority over the Armed Forces of the Khanate, with the Golden Horde serving as his personal militia, and the National Military being sub-governed by a council of Generals chosen by the Party Commons in like fashion to the selection of the Legislature.
Section IV ~ In accordance with this constitution, being the direct will of the people, the Khan of the АБНXШМ shall hereby be designated as George Jarvis. In the event of his passing or retirement, the next Khan shall be decided by the Party Commons with respect given to the MAHДAЭX and МАНТГ.
Article V ~ On the establishment of subservient entities
Section I ~ The Party Commons shall be comprised of all members of the Party in good standing whom have been selected by the Party's National Council.
Section II ~ Each geographic location shall be organized into Territories, Provinces, and finally National, with members of the Party from each location freely electing and choosing their Leadership for the next level Council.* Each level of Council is free to Govern itself as it sees fit insofar as it maintains strict adherence to the Laws as passed down by the Party Commons.
*ie a party member in a Territory may vote for the Territorial Governance, who vote for Provincial Governance, and so on and so forth.
Section III ~ The Khan, МАНТГ, and MAHДAЭX, maintain full oversight of the subservient entities of the Khanate to ensure that they are upholding the will of the people.
Article VI ~ Citizenship in the Khanate
Section I ~ All men and women whose Fathers were Citizens of the Khanate shall be granted Citizenship therein so long as they abide by Article II, Section VI as well as the rest of this Constitution.
Section II ~ Any foreign alien may apply for Citizenship; until achieved, if living in the Khanate, aforementioned alien will be considered as such and will not be entitled to the rights and privileges of this Constitution. Citizenship will only be granted once the alien has proven proficiency in understanding Mongolian Language, Government, and fulfilled Military Service as prescribed in Article II, Section VI of this Constitution.
Section III ~ Any individual who denounces his/her citizenship shall not be permitted to reclaim it. If living within the Khanate, he/she shall be a traitor to the Revolution and dealt with as such.
Article VII ~ Amending this Constitution
Section I ~ The MAHДAЭX, as well as the Khan, may propose to amend this Constitution at any time.
Section II ~ A proposed Amendment to this Constitution must be ratified by majority vote of the MAHДAЭX and signature of the Khan.
