+ Bayantsagaan was attacked with Nuclear weaponry on 11/2/15 by MI6 forces taking part in the MI6-Oculus war
+ Dedicates a memorial to the civilian lives lost, Soldiers who bravely laid down their lives, and workers who selflessly worked to support the war effort
+ Speech at memorial declaring the beginning of a new "Great Revival" (Их сэргэлт) in Mongolian life, industry, and art
~ Blames Turkic Muslim population for MPA defeat at the battle of Orkhontuul (Орхонтуул тулаан)
~ Calls for forceful unification of Mongolia and surrounding regions
- The MAH releases report indicating that foreigners may begin entering the Khanate
+ Would-be visitors must apply for a visa through the Mongolian People's Party Offices of Foreign Affairs as well as be interviewed by the МАНТГ

- Shortly after The Supreme Leaders' Speech in Bayantsagaan, reports began surfacing of Operatives from the МАНТГ and MYAA (Mongolian People's Army) arresting Ethnic Turks throughout the Khanate.
