Can I have something HUGE which has my name in red that is like animated glowing and delta ms underneath that and all my masks/jobs whatever underneath that?

Animated and glowing you say? Hmm... I'm not very good at making GIFs, but I do have ways of making simple ones.

Yes, simple. Like in your sig. And can I have my jobs badges the same as they are now but the sides are glowing?

What kind of font do you want? Something scripty, or any particular style?

 

And IDK about the job tags. The ones in my sig are all separate images that I carefully made by reverse engineering one of the forum pips. 

The animated one is only animated because each frame is a different color masked over a rainbow of colors. So it looks like its moving, but it's just changing colors. All the images were put in the sig separately, which you could do with yours, but your jobs might change over time.
