So, my mother borrowed took my grandmother's juicer. She didn't use it, of course.
Now, I believe that natural medicine does work, but I'm not some sort of healthier-than-thou, vegan, juice-drinking, fruit-eating, herb-only specialist, and I know when its time to get the drugs and antibiotics. However, in some cases, natural medicine might be more appropriate, depending on your situation. Example: when you have a sore throat, a hot home-squeezed lemonade with honey is always good.
The problem is that natural medicine can taste disgusting. How about paragone (the wonders of living in a land where you buy 'filtered' water directly from a river!)? Really rotten -- black walnut, wormwood, cloves... disgusting indeed.
However, there are some nice fruit juices; some are 'medicinal' and some are 'enjoyable'. All of them taste nice.
I recommend grape and kiwi -- about 20-30 grapes, seedless, any colour and 2 kiwi in quarters, WITH skin. Juice with juicer, drink. Apparently go
