I think nobody supports "no lynch on day one" this time, so let's focus on how we decide whom to kill today.
Guessing the setup is pretty useless IMO, so let's follow Kaz's suggestion not to depend on cop unless he actually appeared.

It takes three to lynch at deadline. In my mind, voting gives us details, especially in this scenario. With the votes evenly being spread among 4-5 wagons. It would only take two more votes to get someone lynched. If someone places a second vote, it take one more, IK Duh. What I mean is that if two town were to place a vote on a town the last vote could come from scum. However with this being said, it harder to tell.
My theory is we have everyone vote for someone by this weekend. After that we get people to vote but lay emphasis on having two votes on everyone. With an odd one out. This should led us to 4 wagons with two votes. After this we used our best judgement. This is all an option and idea, it's totally up for decision. However, my opinion means anyone against it might also be scum... IMO
