Both Primaries were a shit show, both candidates are awful. We as a country should be positively ashamed of ourselves. After all the time we spent championing democracy to the world, we can't even protect our own. Its times like these that I wish we had a system in place where we could have a vote of no confidence in the current government and it flushed every member of Congress and the the white house. Hold an emergency election in which no incumbent can run. They can try and win their jobs back if they deserve them the next time around.

 

I guess I'm just naive, I still hope for a system that works for everyone and that doesn't just benefit the wealthy assclowns who are rich as hell but always want more so they can take money baths while homeless people are starving in the streets.
