Oh man
Welcome to any Turkish embassy when Erdogan is in your nation...
Even the russians aren't this bad (either side)

Turkey's been steadily going downhill, but it really went into to freefall since the "coup". There's nothing new in Russia.
Unfortunately bad things are starting to happen here too (Hungary). While Orban did have a good point in the migrant crisis, I generally hate his politics and in the past few months, he and the government's been running amok. Doesn't help that he regards Russia and Turkey as "best parctice" governance.

As far as I know, it was the Embassy staff that rushed out to throw some punches. This seems logical, because if they didn't want confrontation, why did they leave the Embassy in the first place?

Alternatively, what could also be logical is that the guards may have have been attacked and provoked first and then responded. Conveniently, we have no video of when it started. Outcome being bad PR, either way, it's stupid for the staff to have responded in kind, because only they'll get the bad coverage as Erdogan is the up and coming bogeyman and they should have known better.
Each side accused the other of being the aggressors.Pro-Erdogan demonstrator Mustafa Dikilitas, told ABC television: 'We weren't doing anything wrong. We just celebrated our president.'And another, Busra Eren, said: 'One of the YPG supporters ran across, picked up a megaphone, and hit a Turkish citizen with it.'Demonstrators on the other side, meanwhile, blamed Erdogan's supporters for the violence.'All of the sudden they just ran towards us,' Yazidi Kurd demonstrator Lucy Usoyan told ABC, adding that she was attacked by one of the pro-Erdogan supporters.

I would have, If it mattered. Unfortunately, Orban has long stopped even pretending that he cares about what anyone but his core voters think of him.
