Is anyone doing the Tough Mudder in Chicago/Rockford IL on Aug 27th? My teammate bitched out on me (or got a job in a different state and has to move) and I would prefer to have a teammate or at least be able to be part of a team for it haha

last year was a good year to miss. no new obstacles, no legionare exclusives, and you ran two laps in a giant loop basically just repeating the same stuff twice...and electroshock was in the middle of the course!!!! it was not well received so they are changing it next year to 8 miles, 25+ obstacles, one lap and electroshock is the finisher again!!!
Ill do them anywhere! haha

The one I ran in Austin was 10.2 miles 22ish obstacles and I ran it with a torn ankle and tore my other ankle 5 miles in but still finished.

Well I had tore my ankle a year before so I wore a brace. Jumped off an obstacle (Balls to the Wall or Berlin Wall can't quite remember) and tore my ankle. Finished the second half of the mudder though. Lost my chance to meet Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles though (they did the same TM at the same time I was).
