This is pretty amazing. Although, I’m baffled by the practice that in the US they just leave deliveries on your porch.
You can always require for a signature with any package nowadays, but if you don't the shipping company's says fair game. Its on your pouch its delivered, and they are not responsible if some Jerk off takes it since you weren't home. I helped UPS one year. Littally one driver deliverers 1000 + packages. They don't have time to wait for you to come home to accept the package unless you request that it can only be delivered with a signature. I've personally never had a package stolen, but I know people who have had them stolen. There are theifs everywhere. Course I was always home waiting for said package, cause f anybody who tries to steal my package, I'll beat the crap out of them, and I'm a nice guy most of the time.

To add to this you can create an account with each delivery service and set up preferences such as requiring them to hand it to you.
