I'm going to go ahead and
Vote Velocity
Again, I feel we have more to gather from a D1 lynch than to sit and not lynch. I see wagons on CM and Kevin forming and this is what we need Day 1. Multiple wagons to analyze whom is going where. It wont pay off on D2, but as I argued before most information starts to surface D3 and an extra lynch on D1 would help tremendously in my opinion. We run the risk of losing a townie (even a PR) but we run that risk anyway as Mafia could kill them before we get any results.
Anyway vote on Velocity because I feel his posts are fluff posts. Not unusual on D1 but I'd like to hear peoples thoughts on a D1 lynch vs no lynch.

Lynching to just do something that normally doesn't happen doesn't make it right choice. Analyzing D1 wagons are pretty much useless.

Rhizo posted just as I was typing and what he said pretty much sums it up.
I’d rather not take the chance to lose a town or even a PR over the off chance that we’d get scum. And yeah, we could analyze who’s voting but I don’t think that’ll really get us anywhere because it’s anybody’s guess and a townie could do it just because, and you can’t argue that a townie wouldn’t jump on last because it’s D1, they would have no idea.

If you only see it as lynching to get scum you will never past a day one lynch. Heck, that's how lost lynches happen later on is by randomly voting and rushing at the end of the day.
Wagons should be used also as seeing who someone is choosing to vote for or not wanting to vote for. If you have 3 wagons all at one away from half majority. Then then likely hood of at least one scum with a wagon is high. Once it's known that that person is scum you can look back at all the wagons.

I've never thought of using votes in that sense on D1, interesting way of doing it.
But like most games, i preach about how much i agree with Kevin on no lynch for D1 then submit the same. I'm going to skip the first part and go straight for the cake
