Every week I will post one of the cards (selected at random), and each participant writes a response to what they would do in that situation or how they might handle it. I will let the thread run for one week, and then post a new question. Post as much as you like after giving your response. Debating and analyzing is part of the game! I won't be playing as I am the one running the game.
There are no right or wrong answers as the game is about hearing how people could navigate a stressful or perilous situation.
Deck 1 - Downfall: Five of Diamonds
Three suspicious men approach your home seeking shelter, but you don't have enough food or water to take them in, so you turn them away. After talking and as they turn to leave, you have a sinking feeling in your gut that they will be back when you least expect and try to loot your home. You would be at a severe disadvantage then since they could overwhelm you if they caught you by surprise. Now is the only chance to take them out the easy way even though they haven't openly posed a treat to you and your family. Would you murder them now or would you let them go and take the risk of being killed later?
