I only started looking into it today, multiple sources say he is dead but I really can't believe it. I am going to search into it more but I wonder what everyone else thinks. He must be dead or really sick but I am gonna wait longer before I decide on what the case is.

After diving into it last night on Reddit, apparently TMZ (the first major media site to claim it) has gained its trust when it comes to the deaths of celebrities/political figures. It seems there's more debate about whether to trust TMZ with these news rather than if the infamous dictator is actually deceased.

Also, this is a really bad thing considering the status quo between China and the US currently.

I don't ever know what to believe coming out of North Korea, but there has to be something bad going on with Little Kim.

I guess we’ll see. He was said to have been in bad health conditions before, and those reports turned out to be fake. IF he’s gone (I doubt it), there will be a big power vacuum.

Damn so where did this theory even originate? was it from TMZ or somewhere else. I never really saw the link between a train and the sickness but the doctors I thought could have meant something.

Mostly cause he wasn't on his grandfathers birthday celebration. A big thing in a family cult run state. That and being obvious obese coupled with several addictions, not in the least cigarette's. The train was rather an indication that he was alive, as it is HIS train
