I don’t even know how that happens unless scum didn’t try (or tried and we’re role blocked) and there was a Town Vig that targeted LWW.  
 

Anyway,

LWW was active so we can safely assume mafia has tried to perform a kill. Since doc is dead they most probably got blocked/jailed or they targeted a commuting person (though that's a rare) or a bulletrproof one (probably even rarer). 

 

If we have a blocker role who targeted someone else than LWW then I'd say probability is quite high that it was a scum.

To answer my own question, I'm going to say not necessarily.

Lilweirdward was first on the wagon so I doubt there is a connection to Velocity.

On the other hand, Dontavian, Wolfpacks, and Velocity sealed the deal on Rafay.

This might be the best bet here. Velocity was the other wagon. 

 

However. I have a theory.....Transporter. 

 

If a Transporter succefully guessed who was going to be Night Killed, He could of switched that person with LWW, and bam. Mafia Shot themself. Meaning LWW, shot himself. 

 

Other Theory.....2 scum teams. With isn't highly unlikely with there being a doc in the game. However, I imagine a Roleblock or something would have to be in play.

Since we can role claim with no repercussions, peeps can disclose at will...plus investigative roles know something from last night and might be better discussions than deconstructing who voted when on the two wagons
