The more I think about it, the more I think this is a bad idea.
I'm changing the structure to 9 townies vs 2 mafia, making one of the goons 1x lynchproof.
It will be obvious that the lynchproof player is scum when the lynch fails but it gives the mafia an extra chance at a night kill.
I think that balances.
