This is pretty simple.  We start with 10 random things, such as names of countries around the world, or colors, or actresses, and you have to list one thumbs up and one thumbs down.  And everyone starts with 10 points

 

So let's say you have:

 

1) Captain Picard    10

2) Captain Kirk         10

3) Captain Janeway,     10

4) Captain Kangaroo   10

5) Captain Ahab           10

6) Captain Pike            10

7) Captain Sisco          10

8) Captain Crunch         10
