I have no point in Role Claiming. If I had incriminating Evidence, I would of voted EM with my First post. I do not not know if he is scum or town. But, at this time, I'm leaning town. I would of already full claimed if I had such information. For me to withhold information of that Caliber, would just be me being a bad townie. I was wondering if that fell under the radar. 

 

BTW. Nice OMGUS vote R2V. Keep this stuff going. I can see you flipping scum very easily.

This is most interesting.

 

Robert has shown us an incomplete piece of information, will it help the town? Will it brought our destruction? The timing of the claim is most interesting.

 

The notion that the people who lynched our townies last night might probably be the newer players, is sound.

Also interesting tidbit was that the Old Man was killed
early in the movie and later returned as a Zombie. And here we have
Samoose disappearing. We are assuming he is dead but will we see him
return? if he returns he will return as a zombie. I am not sure how that
fits in with the game mechanics though.

EM can you confirm that Robert visited you last night? I'm assuming not, and without a full on role-claim from Robert. I fail to see why the night action was brought into the light. Robert, I understand why you my not want to fully role-claim, because you may not want you abilities known, but if that was the case. Why did you bring your night action into the light in the first place?

The main reason for the half claim I did? It would only of been believable at that time really. withholding that info at that moment didn't seem right. Though I might have a target on my back now, I felt it could only help the town. Worst case I die on N2 now.

Pointless bandwagon? To me people who post a lot more than they should seem to be the mafia because they are waiting for an opportunity and getting the juice out of their targets. If I was destined to be the lynched the 2nd day I would wonder who would be happy for me to die, it seems the person who triggers it the mafia.

As for Robert I was supporing em's arguement.

I feel like I am caught in a thinking trap; each new post I read from killgor, iSocialism or R2V makes me suspect them more.  So for fun and to help me sort my thoughts, I started building a timeline to see what each of them were doing.  It morphed into something bigger by the time I was done, but I think I will keep using it and go back and fill in some gaps.  I realize I also started putting more "notes to self" in there on day 2, but will leave them.  The lazy guy in me says maybe someone else will link to a tree stump and save me the energy.

 

Day 1:
- iSo votes for EM then killgor votes for EM.
- Robert replies to a bandwagon comment from iSo, killgor switches vote to Robert (4th vote on Robert)
- Imran calls out R2V for spamming and votes him, iSo and R2V change votes to Imran based on this
- iSo posts to defend R2V saying he always spams, followed by a post from killgor changing vote to the Kevin bandwagon of 3 votes; highest current votes were 2 on Imran and 3 (now 2) on Robert
- Lyner votes R2V bringing him to 3 votes and tie with Kevin
- iSo changes vote to Ovid and Ovid removes vote from Robert and votes iSo
- Spaz puts a 4th vote on R2V, Robert removes the 4th vote on R2V, killgor puts the 4th vote right back on him
- Missed this before but Robert unvotes R2V in a second post calling out killgor for the 4th vote and votes for killgor, quickly followed by EM also voting killgor
- R2V switches vote from Imran to killgor
- Spaz removes R2V vote
- killgor now at 3 votes; Robert, EM, and R2V
- R2V now at 3 votes; Imran, Lyner, and killgor
- Robert, EM, and R2V pull votes off killgor and vote no lynch, day ends

 

So during day one when this happened:

- Missed this before but Robert unvotes R2V in a second post calling out killgor for the 4th vote and votes for killgor, quickly followed by EM also voting killgor

I decided to pay more attention to EM and Robert on day 2, especially as they were a few of the last no lynch guys, and with Roberts claim that he visited EM with no response from EM (or anyone) until I pointed it out.

 

Day 2:
- EM immediately posts its cruel to kill a new player and must have been performed by a new player.  Last round was my first game played and nobody jumped over new players for my night one arrow to the knee.
- EM tosses a bad joke vote at Robert and then Robert reveals who he visited
- Imran then posts we got zero useful information...no mention of Robert's post
- EM then takes over the Preston position telling us how it is useful to lynch townies for information (regurgitating what Imran was saying)
- Robert posts his list.  If Robert is scum, I'd guess EM and iS0 are his partners based on his comments.  Doesn't seem to jive with voting patterns from EM and iSo, so maybe only one of them would also be scum or they are really good at coordinating efforts to not look like they are working together.
- iSo votes for EM (here we go again with them voting for each other)
- Imran votes for Big Ego out of the blue (new guy vote) followed by EM doing the same
- Robert chimes in that Rafay and Shamus are surprise kills N1.  Shouldn't those be the kind of kills scum look for?  Not the obvious ones that may be watched or protected but the ones that the rest of us expect would be safe?
- TB votes for iSo and mentions the Robert claim
- killgor shows up and says he has 4 pages to catch up on then 13 minutes later says no new interesting posts...then jumps onto the 3 vote Big Ego wagon
- R2V shows up to put 3rd vote on Lyner to tie a bandwagon
- Robert calls him out and switches to R2V
- R2V Omgus vote change to Robert, but this time nobody calls out R2V for OMGUS vote (Imran and EM) like they did on Big Ego
- EM remarks on the Robert claim a few pages back but votes for Kevin for not saying anything about it instead of iSo who had voted for him and missed it
- Kevin gets pretty defensive with that vote and starts talking about a tree stump again...need to google mafia tree stump
- killgor unvotes
- Lyner pops in to up post count and tell us he will post later
- Spaz votes on Big Ego
- Robert makes a common sense post about claiming if he had true scum info on EM, but then why even post his visit and that he has a role if he didn't gain useful info?
- Lyner votes for Big Ego and states the timing of Roberts claim was interesting.  Does this mean he questions why even claim at all like I am thinking?  He supports the Rafay and Shamus deaths as a noob action.
- iS0 feels pressured by my post and vote to remove the vote from EM.  Not sure EM is a townie or that they aren't having fun at our expense, but they may realize the mistake they made if they are scum.  Worth watching.
- Robert gives a lame reason for the half-claim, he wasn't in jeopardy of being lynched when he did it.
- killgor pries for more info from Robert, followed by a vote on R2V for trying to bandwagon, when killgor has said multiple times he support bandwagons for lynches

 

I am caught up to this point.  Will probably go back in to clean it up for myself this weekend and see if I can see who else appears to be working together, but I did find some very interesting and useful information by doing this.

Well..a pretty big game (lot of players). Hopefully we will have the majority active to make this game fun. 14 players which means there may be 2 factions or a pretty big scum faction. I say we lynch the noobs to start off

Good summary TBR. I respect mafi players who put in their due diligence. Going back thru these pages really pays off, especially as the game goes on. That is why active players always get more townie points than the lurkers.

Also, I am much more inclined to believe Robert is a townie based on his admission of a night action. Why would a scum draw unwanted attention to himself?

i never said i support bandwaggons. i do however know that it will be extremely hard to lynch day1 on this site.

 

also, i said it's a pointless bandwaggon because lyner seemed to be inactive at the time he was voted.

I've leaned towards Robert being town, but he always pushes me to not do that so tried to look at it objectively.  We can only judge him by his words and any known night actions.  The last minute switch to no lynch, the double unvote of R2V, and then the unnecessary half-claim?  That claim certainly doesn't make him town, but it was a bold claim if anyone was watching him and refuted what he did so I do believe it.  If you aren't his partner in crime then I feel even better where my vote is currently placed.

only a small amount if my role isn't put out by Kazio. It personally isn't one of my favorite roles, but its popular I guess. You'll know I'm town though. I doubt my death would be meaningless killgor.

Don't read too much into the tree stump reference.
It is just an obscure role that I originally listed to contrast that the information that there is no jester.
Then I used it again as an example of something off-the-wall that would confirm towniness.
