The title says it all: recommend me a good casual city builder that focuses on creativity and not on strategy/economics. Kind of like Sim City: Societies, but without the game-breaking bugs

Following some uncoordinated event, this is the official policy of Cadana Pajan. Our nation (or I) will not follow orders from anyone, unless:
1) it has been communicated clearly to me from "higher up the hierarchy" that this individual is indeed an official for IRON.
2) The orders are given, or can be verified, through the forums.

I know Cities:Skylines has a mode without money period. Let's you either start with everything and unlock it or start with limited stuff and unlock as your city grows. I've seen people with massive and beautiful cities. The economics on it arnt really that bad either. But I prefer to do sandbox style.
It's got it's flaws but it's good in my opinion. And you can get mods for it, my reccomendation is for traffic. The base game doesn't have many options to control it.

If you want spatial creativity, buy Minecraft. Otherwise, just get a decent piece of graph paper and draw a map.

I have to agree with Cities:Skylines. I played Cities XXL and the like (I'm getting Skylines in a few days), and I was more impressed with it, than I was with SimCity.

Skylines just feels like an actual city to me. I never had that feeling with sim city.

Thanks, I think I'll try Cities: Skyline then. It's actually not mainly for me but my wife, she really enjoys casual builders, while I prefer a bit more strategy. This game looks like it can be played both ways, seems like a good choice.
