a few things to consider. the SKer could have taken out more mafia, targeted the psychiatrist, or been targeted by the psychiatrist. any of those 3 things happening would have been major wins for the town. you either have another mafia killed at night, or have a serial killer converted to town. also the serial killer converted to town can tell who they killed. the number of scan/watch town roles in play was very high. granted the backup cop never came into play and thus JJs scanning ability never got unlocked. i probably should have used plurality for lynching(highest vote getter without majority) but i have never used it in a game with day phases that last as long as this games did. i normally play 24 hour day/night phases with plurality. all in all the balance could have been a bit better with 1 more player, town aligned who i was going to make backup doc, but even getting as many players as we did was difficult. town also never used there best weapon, a mass character claim. well there was a safe list it was not very good, with multiple outright bad claims. also just going back over things the town got very unlucky night 3. Ogaden used his kill on Shadow but since Shadow was jailed that night it didn't happen. well Shadow would have survived the kill attempt he would have been an easy lynch the next day phase

some key notes: scum board http://w11.zetaboards.com/Stillson_campagn/index/ to Lyner: EM did not break your scan protection, you got unlucky when MF bused you and d3mon. you almost got away with it since that happened the same night JJ died meaning there was a second chance for EM to be killed before he got a chance to talk. you also were hurt by the limited attempt to usurp by MF. MF: you got hurt bad when you bussed Ogaden with Commander Shepard since Lyner tried to kill Ogaden that night. to make matters worse Shepard was the strong man and your best bet for usurping killgor/Shadow. all you had to do was wait until Shepard was sent to make a kill using his unstoppable power and then tell the rest of the mafia you were busing whatever but actually bus there intended target and killgor/Shadow town: you guys got unlucky with the doc being killed night 1 and the therapist being killed night 2. not to mention Mango being killed night 1 and never getting to use his motivate power. you guys also were hurt by MF being very subtle in his attempt to usurp. he called out/voted Shadow at one point but it never picked up steam. also Walt was killed very late in the game, after JJ was already dead. this meant that JJ was never able to unlock his ability. MVP: EM in his second role as Sheriff Walt Bannerman. he took over before night 2 knowing only that Zacch had tried to scan Iron Helix night 1, and that he had been unable to find him. this was because Iron Helix was jailed night 1. he proceeded to scan d3mon night 3 and changed from Shadow(who would have scanned as town and totally changed the outcome of the game) to Lyner no night 4. this almost cleared Lyner since he scanned town but he had been bussed with d3mon. then he investigated MF night 5 but was killed before he could revile his scan.

Dana had just left her stake out and was on her way back to her room when someone grabbed her from behind and pulled her into a utility closet.
