I've always gone with the egg. Because what is the first chicken would be dependant on when we evolutionarily classify it as a chicken, therefore that particular individual came from the first chicken egg. But that also means the first chicken egg was laid by a non-chicken. *mindblown*

Hmm, i've always mystery dungeon was in a different world. You never find pokemon in the wild with scarfs. As for pokemon snap, that takes place on an island doesn't it? Maybe charmaders only come from there. You're not the only one who didn't get to play... T_T
