No lynch yesterday favored town. If we had mislynched yesterday it would be 2v2 today and scum could have come out the gate with 2 votes to win the game (first to 2 votes gets lynched at deadline). No lynch yesterday has kept us alive for one more day. Do you not understand that fact?

The lack of posting is going to make this very difficult. Do we assume that people who post once a game day are scum trying to lay low or are they just inactive town? Outside of my vote for no-lynch and NE's vote for me, nobody else voted yesterday. When 80% of the participants are not even voting, what information do we even have to go off of? We are two (2) real days into Day 3 and outside of Imran's post nobody else has contributed to the discussion in a meaningful way. The lack of discussion is going to make today's vote a crap shoot.

Apologies, first time checking in since Wednesday night, got absolutely wasted at the company Christmas party last night, still really hung over. No Lynch and Scum Lynch will keep us alive, mislynch will give mafia the win (eventually baring inactivity). No lynch gives the cop another night to find scum. If nothing changes..... Vote: No Lynch 1) point the finger at Captain? 2) point the finger at me/ 3) Vote - no lynch? Interesting? it may be thin but that's about all it takes in this game, Vote- Zacch I agree and I'm leaning that way myself, but would like to hear a bit more before putting an official vote. Actually, NE, where did Zaach point the finger at you, I can't seem to recall. Zacch simply pointed out that NE seemed to be attempting to remove themself from the group you were referring to when you said multiple people "bandwagoned" onto your opinion by referring to that group as "They" insinuating that they were not part of that group when they were. I'm leaning Zacch's way on this one that it was a fairly obvious observation and that making something of it would be a little bit suspicious. Its hard to say if CJF was attempting to do so, or just putting it out there as something he found suspicious, which I believe is fair enough though nothing worth drawing any real suspicions on by itself. NE's response in attempting to remove themself from the group that CJF F.O.S.'d and then putting a vote on Zacch for pointing out that odd behavior is of far more note to me than anything else so far today. I don't have a good read on NE as a player so it's hard for me to place if this is scum behavior or errant townie behavior. Also how do you point to his vote for no lynch with his stated reasoning for voting no lynch despite having some suspicions as a suspicious behavior. A mislynch leads to scum win so Zacch voted accordingly so as not to end the game early when the town has another day to gather information, and yet you use that as reasoning to back up a vote on him? I'm not putting a vote down yet for the same reason Zacch voted no lynch, but I'm HEAVILY F.O.S.ing on NE right now, and the fact that CJF is "leaning that way" is of concern to me as well. I agree with everything CoD said in his post, I don't know if NE misunderstood the point I was making or if he just doesn't understand the consequences of a mislynch today. No lynch keeps town alive and gives the cop one more night to find scum. A mislynch today, makes it 2v2 on day 3 and depending on what roles are taken out on day 2 and night 2, could leave us vanilla with no chances of finding scum (cop killed) or stopping a day 3 vote blitz by scum (governor killed), don't forget its only 2 at deadline. We don't really have anything go on, no cop results from night 1 (we have to assume the cop's results from night 1 were town), no super scummy posts, other than what I'm going to assume for now as NE being a noob. If we lynch anyone today, it would be a shot in the dark with the odds favoring scum 4:2 and the consequences of shooting wrong potentially handicapping or making it impossible for us to win (baring inactive scum at night).

While I am happy that others agree with my statements, I find it very curious that they followed me like an easy to follow bandwagon... I don't know if they are agreeing to jump on the proverbial bandwagon, more like acknowledging its a option, at least that how i see it, What do you mean "they", he is talking about you.... unless you refer to yourself in third person LOL To me this feels like a lazy observation, maybe scum trying to plant a seed type thing. I'm more suspicious of CJ for this post than of the two people he referenced to be honest.

Just noticing this now, only half majority at deadline to lynch. Something to keep in mind, in future rounds we should defacto vote no lynch to prevent scum from doing a snipe lynch if there is not already half majority at deadline.

OMGUS good question, so the governor gets essentially 1 save and 1 lynch can they save one night and lynch another? or would that create the possibility of a double lynch night? It would all take place in a single action during twilight after someone gets hammered and before night starts. Twilight is an interesting mechanic on its own, the day is technically over but usually you can still talk in thread. The twilight rules can also vary depending on the moderator, since none are listed I assume twilight will last from hammer to scheduled end of day (usually hammer would end day). https://wiki.mafiascum.net/index.php?title=Twilight During this time period, the governor will have the power to veto the hammer and pick anyone to be lynched in their place. The one exception being if the governor is hammered.

This is interesting, I don't think I've ever seen the governor role before. So basically they have a 1 shot ability to veto a passed lynch vote in twilight and pick whoever they want to be lynched instead. Are the two (2) mutually exclusive? i.e. if they veto, they have to pick a replacement to be lynched? Or can they just veto and do no lynch?

What's difficult about evaluating a player like NE is you don't know if the scum tells are because they are scum or if its just because they are a newer player. If this was Imran or Kevin, I would be voting to lynch them right now. But I honestly think that NE is just a newer player.

I'm not sure, while I would have tried to make a case for you being scum, I feel like there was more reasons to lynch me or Imran for starting the wagon on VGM, although you were the last vote so there's that too. Would have been interesting to see if NE would have taken your side or mine/Imran's side.

I have a strong feeling that very soon there will only be one side. I agree, its only a matter of time before Israel takes full control of the Gaza strip and West Bank. It is a war of attrition, Israel has created an unsustainable environment for Palestine. With the secular and leftists side of the Palestinian government pretty much extinct (murdered or exiled by Hamas), there is no hope for a peaceful two (2) state solution.
