When you say VIdeoDownloader my spider senses cringe. Most VideoDownloaders are or are infected with Virus's. It feels like an infection to me. I doubt its an acutal memory leak. Also most virus's will mess with your network settings, making it very slow to surf or do anything network related. What OS you running?
