Alright, if you're willing to hear me out... I will try to explain some theory that might explain what's going on. Everyone still remembers how we chose to vote No Lynch on D1 and D2, right? Do you also remember who pushed for it? Now, before the majority decided to NL, this was the list of people who had placed a vote on Brewers D1: Then, night 1, LWW dies. D2 we got nothin', we decide to NL again. N2, Torres goes down. D3, we finally start to make some moves, vote and stuff, guess who makes the first vote on Tony? That's right, the one and only alliance of the brewers! N3, miraculously, a JOAT ends up saving the right person, thanks a bunch for that. D4, after a lot of speculation (and when Brewers returns from inactivity), the man himself literally writes a novel why he thinks I might be scum, still in awe about that! And no, before you scroll down and start typing how "brewers sussed him, so he obv is trying to save his own ass by sussing him back", I am very much willing to look at this objectively. I am not telling you to vote for Brewers so he could be hung at first possible chance, not at all, I'm giving you an opportunity to discuss this further, providing the information I have noticed is out in the open. That's really all I have to say about that for now.

I'm obviously being framed! Mind you, it's subtle, but still - it would take an experienced player to come up with a scheme so cruel, so I suggest looking into mafia players with some seniority! And in addition, someone who might have motivation to kill LWW, Torres, and finally ghaws in order to get me framed! Just take a moment to think about this, alright? Only a fool would go forward with killing ghaws, but if you consider me such a fool, then most probably nothing I say will make you chance your mind. After all, there's this big case built against me, so why shouldn't you vote? Truth be told (literally haha), if there's any ounce of trust left for me in you, I want you to hold on to that, as I assure you, I'm working solely for the good of this town, and nothing else. I ain't pointing any fingers because... I'm pretty much clueless as to how I should proceed. This is murky waters, and I'm not a great swimmer.

One thing I really want to say is that at the very beginning, yes, I was trying really hard to not lynch anyone because I basically didn't know what I was doing and had the obvious paranoia of the blame being pushed on me. I've since changed that stance (after countless arguments too, FYI) and probably will keep it up in future games. I don't know if WP is scum, you don't really know if I'm scum, but we need to lynch someone, so it's okay. I just want you to really think about this, 'aight? I doubled down as an active voter for a reason, because we need these discussions! Even discussions about why people think I'm scum (although it is quite sad tbh)!

Then he does this Which put me to here one vote shy of the threshold to be lynched on D1 basically all of the votes come off me and I am no longer in line to be lynched and then he does this then we go on to day 2. Ferastical does not jump ship onto the new wagon here, but instead holds his vote steady on someone who is now confirmed as town, so if I am right about Ferastical, Finster should be our next target Now back to my Ferastical is scum thingy Ferasitcal starts out with "congratulating the doctor" yes several people (myself included) did do this, so this for me is just a small piece of the puzzel I point out that scum tend to be in the middle of the wagons, not the wagon starter and then Ferastical says this now wagon starts to form on Lord MK so Ferastical does this putting him here then ABT starts to push the Wolfpacks is scum wagon and Ferastical jumps off MK right onto wolfpacks now according to Mafia scum.net (link here) Congratulate the doctor on successful protection: Is scum or doctor (+20, +10) WishyWashy voting (+10) Third person on a wagon is likely to be mafia (+15) Fourth person on a wagon is likely to be mafia (+10) Admitting someone is a townie without saying "IF" (+10) (mafia knows for sure who isn't mafia) Mafia generally have more information than other players, so whoever picks up on tells/hints easiest is more likely to be mafia (+10%). Why was that? Why that particular zone? Why were the scum almost always right there? I found the answer. Why? Because it's right in the middle of a wagon. It's not just on MafiaScum where people late on the bandwagon are considered scummy, you know. That seems to be pretty universal, actually. But why not the first vote? It's simple scum reasoning, really. People voting early are not likely to be scum, because they're pushing for a lynch early, which is risky as scum. Quite simply put, while scum CAN start a wagon, they don't want to. For starters, they need pro-town players lynched. A new bandwagon has no guarantee of achieving this. Scum being the pragmatic folks they are tend to want a more practical approach: stick with what's there, already. More than that, there's always a risk their started wagon IS successful. What happens to the original starter of the wagon? They will almost universally catch flak. Sure, probably not much and easily deflected, but still, scum don't like that kind of attention on them. As for why they don't vote late? As mentioned, EVERYONE knows it's a scumtell. Everyone. That includes the scum, by the way. And as we all know, things evolve over time. Including how scum play. We all know scum voting late in a wagon is a scumtell. Therefore, scum try to avoid it at all costs. Because it's common knowledge that scum arrive late on the wagon, scum...won't arrive late on the wagon. Simple as that. It's so common, in fact, that this knowledge might as well make the tell null. "But Mastin!" you cry. "If they don't want to be early on the wagon, yet hate to be late on the wagon, what do they do? Stay off every wagon?!? That makes no sense!" Well, let's not ramble on about that. (Fencesitting is a personal tell of mine; always has been. But as I have done it before, I recognize there's a difference between town-fencing and scum-fencing.) Instead of focusing on people not on the wagon, let's focus on a third category: People in the middle. "What's so bad about being in the middle?!?" Well, true, town can be in the middle, too. It's just that it's far more likely to come from scum. Why? Process of elimination. Simply put, scum want the middle. They want that sweet spot which most players overlook in a wagon. People pay attention to the wagon-starters. People pay attention to the late-wagoners. Not nearly as many people pay attention to the middle--and as scum, that makes it the perfect hangout, no? Scum prefer to be in the MIDDLE of a wagon, which (depending on the game's size) is anywhere from votes 2-6. I call it the "Butter Zone". Where the scum have the least amount of chance (by current site meta expectations) to be found. If everyone looks at the end, and everyone looks at the beginning, hang out in the middle. My "second to vote" tell was me stumbling onto something far greater than I thought. I failed to realize the number of 2 was mainly focused on newbie games, which (being smaller) would make the zone 2-3, possibly 2-4. So exactly where he has been living this entire game with his votes When you look at his actions this entire game, I think he is most likely scum. Holy crap That's like... like top-notch research.
