In California, I've seen cig prices top $7-$8 a pack up in San Francisco (which is the most expensive city and most tobacco-taxed in the state iirc). That is fairly expensive, and I think they are trying to pass more tobacco taxes this year, so I can only see the price in California going up.

I'm too young to smoke legally. I won't say that I will never smoke(you should try your best to not speak in absolutes), but it will be unlikely.

Meh, smoking is horrid. But when your drunk, you can't really taste how foul it actually is.

with $12 a pop in NYC its hard to smoke

But yes i do smoke, also Penn is a great state to get your fix at $6 a pop
