I'm just gonna go claim some of Myth, if anyone wants to join me feel free.
I'm hitting the bottom three terratories with any unused military force in accordance with the USN treaty.

[OOC:] I was going to make him into an NPC when the round finished today. Blade attacked when he was technically still a nation so the war is valid. Noone is gonig to want to take the NPC now though so I am going to keep it open for attack by everyone.[/ooc]

Territory 10: (11+11+11)/(33 + 11). %=75. RNG# = 66. Attack Successful.
All won territory goes to Blade because he was the one announcing the attack.

On another note. The Angelic Empire declares war on the Zulu Kingdom.
