!!!Deadline will be by this Sunday(2nd) update!!!

I'm starting a Chess tournament.  

 

- It's double Elimination

- Play at your own pace, however game must be completed within 3 days.  5 days.

- We will be using redhotpawn.com to play our games. You will have to create a FREE profile.

- If you win, you are responsible to report your win. If you do not report within 4 6 days after your game started both players will be consider to have lost.

 

 

I understand that most of us have RL to attend to, and that it  may be difficult to finish the games due to that. Do the best you can.

I'm also not to handy at doc and excels. I will do may best to learn and try to keep it as organize a possible. Feel free to help or point out, and/or ask question.

 

If you would like to play; leave a post with the best time(CN time would work the best) for you to play at. (Some usernames may be taken on redhotpawn. Please post your IRON name and, if different your RHP user name.

ex. iSocialism 5-9 pacific time.

Matches will start on Tuesday, and matches will be posted by Monday's update.

Round one ends on Thursday update, and officially starts on Monday's update. However, you can begin now.

If you guys sent a request to play the game and the other player doesn't respond let me know by the end of the round and I will count it as a win.

After further considerations, I will allow extra time to finish games. I will also up the time allow to finish games in the future rounds. The time limit will be 5 days for future rounds.

To let you guys in on how I'm planning on setting up the matches.

I will be doing random match ups. Though I will try to make the first round organize by time available. I will make sure that you do not play the same person twice, if possible. However, to be nice, if you want to play against someone in the tourney and both of you agree on it. I will let you play each other, within the first two rounds.

If there is a odd number, one person by random, or if possible most wins. Would be the one receiving the by.

I will try to have the matches posted by Monday's update.

Therefore the matches will start up on Tuesday.
