And I can't really blame him.

Ever since the nation of Cadana Pajan grew in NS, our military forces have been bored shitless... our Chiefs of Staff have even expressed fear that we will move straight through Delta without firing a bullet.

Our soldiers have now lost much of their power. They are now not even able to do a marathon with full gear in below 1h30 minutes anymore. Bunch of wussies!
