How much have you looked into it, though? There are plenty of Native Americans, and organizations, who want the name changed. There are plenty of Native Americans, and organizations who don't want it changed/don't care. This is just one name that is part of the much, much larger movement to get all Native American based names changed. The Indians have protesters outside of a lot of home games from my understanding (might be more toward the mascot than the name, though. I'm not sure). Hopefully the Redskins win an appeal, but if they don't...well, I don't know if I can handle an MLB without the Indians or the Braves.
