GENERAL RULES

• Votes must be bolded. Unvotes are not required, but can help with clarity. To lynch, 50%+1 votes are required before deadline—no exceptions.
• You may also vote No Lynch; if the 50%+1 people do so, day will end early without a lynch.
• In case of a tie, first come first served.
• Deadlines will be number of players alive-2. Each night will be two-three days.
• Prods go out after 48 hours of inactivity. If you do not respond to a prod within 24 hours or I have to prod you a third time, I will replace you.
• If something needs my attention, PM me or bold the word "Mod" followed by what you want to tell me.

DON'TS

• Do not use the collor yellow. This will be the mod's color.
• Do not bring outside influences into the game - this includes threats, bribes, wagers, promises, "trust tells", alliances, etc. Using knowledge from previous games is perfectly acceptable, but try not to carry grudges from one game to another.
• Do not talk outside the game thread about an ongoing game except where explicitly allowed to do so by your role/moderator. Likewise, do not use bbcode to hide secret messages - this equates to discussion outside the thread.
• Do not quote communications with the moderator (in particular, your role PM). Paraphrasing is usually ok.
• Do not post in the game after you are dead or replaced except for "Bah" posts—no exceptions.
• Do not edit/delete posts as this is cheating.
• Do not claim as scum with others, regardless of the truth of the claim. Claiming scum by yourself is fine.
• Do not pretend to break the rules or encourage others to break the rules.

• Certain roles like the mafia can only talk during the night.
• Role-alignment changing roles will appear in this game.
• The moderator has the right to change/modify above rules pending game needs......

Plus I said some time ago that Big Ego and iSoc were scummy to me. iSoc, you are off the list. My big possible scum are now Big Ego and EM.

 

 

I will tell you however, that there is one person reading this that knows 100% that I am innocent.

I should be upset at this turn of events but I find myself amused. It's almost like karma just bit me in the you know what.

 

I hope I'm not the one lynched today but at least the voting records will give the town something to go off of tomorrow.

@Mod, If the day ends without reaching majority votes, what happens? Nobody get hanged? Half-Majority? The leading votes get hanged??

Mod Comments: The day 1 may end tomorrow but who will hammer the final nail in EM's coffin. As a player myself, the last person to vote is usually frowned upon, strange phenomenon this. Also, I'm surprised that mario evaded the D1 lynch. Just goes to show that we are a tightly knit community, a band of brothers, a wolf pack. If only the rest of IRON saw this and joined us.......

Truly i'd prefer if it was random between EM & BE, even though I know EM is scum.

 

I was gonna wait till the last day, but EM's on the brink of being lynched and i'd honestly prefer to keep these games as long as possible to build up more suspense & content.

I did not not vote for sentimental reasons. If I did, those sentiments would not have been positive ones. What remains to be seen is his innocence, and depending on what side of Harvey Dent's face you are, that choice was either entirely merciful or extraordinarily cynical.

I want to lynch somebody on Day 1 in accordance with the common strategy.

I totally agree Samus, we shouldn't lunch that early in day 1. Hippo, by asking for volunteers to lunch EM and being a lurker, you jumped to third on my scum list. Plus, typo not noticed but once noticed, intended. Stupid Autocorrect! Also, lol on the eat myself out typo.

Lol, seems like a legit town strategy to me. Have you stopped trying to assert your innocence? Guys lets get this day overwith and shut him down. Lets get one more vote here I would not like it to be random considering that detracts from the towns actually strat of going for a suspect! Seems fishy to want to do such a thing but whateves. Lets get 1 more vote guys!!

Given the setup, the town needs to lynch somebody and Electric Mango is as good a choice to me as any.

I would not consider it scummy to place the last vote, and will do so myself if needed in a few days.

Right now we're more or less running on a Random Vote.  By arguing among ourselves who seems more suspicious as in the case of EM and Big Ego, we fail to get anything done. It may well be that both of them are scum. It may well be that neither of them are scum. Maybe just one is scum. We cannot know anything until we lynch somebody. Right now, EM has the most votes, and I want to push that forward. I may come to regret it, but we may also gain useful information from it.

He could've well been the last person to vote and lynch EM, but it seems he didn't want to be the last person to vote (per reasons in Rafay's quote above) and hence took the opportunity to vote after I unvoted to vote EM.

 

I'm leaning more towards Hippo being scum, he has an average post count in this game - so he isn't inactive either, why else vote after I unvote, if not to avoid being seen as scummy by voting last?

Nope, I just missed the timeframe to lynch EM. If I had been online before Master Saturn had unvoted we would have had a majority.

If I wanted to cast myself out of the spotlight by voting second-to-last, I would have come up with some bullshit reason to change my vote like "He sounds scummy"; an argument with no basis and therefore no way to disprove it. Instead, I openly asked for someone to vote so we can get a lynch, and in my follow-up post made my rationale clear.
