If you've ever seen the Cracked video on the same question, you'll understand that the biggest nerd objection to all of these is that they are useless/dangerous without access to another power. I've spoilered a summation of them if you want to be spared the geekery

Flight-Speed is a big question. Too fast and your body can't handle the acceleration and deceleration. Basically, imagine all the aches and pains from a car crash, minus the material injuries. Too slow and it's nearly useless. There's a few professions it could be useful for, but not combat. If a hunter can shoot a bird out of the sky, that means you're an easy kill bucko.

 

Invisibility-Use is minor as it is, unless you're the type of person that wants to walk around to hear what people say behind your back. Here's a spoiler: they aren't talking about you at all. Don't forget that you will constantly get bumped into in crowds. Sneaky uses depends on your morality. I wouldn't enjoy living off of theft or "peeping" at people. Maybe you could get into the espionage business, but that's still a dangerous and low pay living.

 

Super Strength-Again, depends on the rest of your body structure. As emudevelopment stated, without a frame capable of using it, the strength is more dangerous than useful. You always hear about the mother lifting a car off of her kids, but never about the broken bones and torn tendons she suffered during the lift. Besides, most jobs that need it are really low pay, unless you get into athletics. Then you're likely to be banned for hurting somebody. Arguably the most useful of the three presented if you take care with how you use it.

 

My favorite superpower would be Longshot's ability to manipulate probability. It's so cheesy that Marvel had to invent reasons it was bad. Hello lottery! Goodbye red lights at intersections!

Flight, super strength is kind of meh, and invisibility wouldn't be entirely useful. Unless you wanted to steal tons of stuff.

Another option I'd choose would be telekinesis, imagine influencing  objects, and I mean at a much smaller scale than just a box into a shelf. Light waves, sound waves  and manipulating matter.... the possibilities are endless. You want to fly? lift yourself up and you can fly. Want super strength? as for invisibility, if you can control light waves - you control what people see.

 

But if that's not an option I'd go with invisibility, flying and super strength are cool and such...but imagine going into secret areas, locations. Want money? take some and leave without being seen. Want to fly for free? you can.  

Super strength seems/is nice, but it all depends on how strong we're talking. If it means you can survive fatal wounds then maybe I'd pick that.

Too much responsibility. Before you know it, you're having to feed all those drones and they're constantly bumping into the backdoor so you command them to go  out, and if you thought vet bills were bad, just wait. Sorry, Obamacare does not cover mind-controlled drones, although you can claim them as dependents.

 

If anything, I need a good arch so I can focus on the best things in life: beating the ever-living sovereignty out of innocents.

Invisibility. When you are invisible (assuming you can turn it on and off at will) you need no other powers. You don't need to fly as you can sneak in, and you don't need strength because your opponents can't hit what they can't find.
