But the real superpower I would choose not from this list is boundary manipulation.

Super speed is where it's at...like the flash super speed where my body heals it's self in the same Manor...imagine hitting someone with your fist going the speed of light, then traveling forward and backward in time....but if I could be an actual hero I'd either be flash or deadpool

I don't like any of the options all that much. Super strength means you break everything you touch and I love a good huggle. Invisibility means being road kill. if you aren't super careful crossing streets. Flying is kind of cool, it would definitely help with long commutes, but if you go too high, you'll freeze or suffocate or get hit by an airplane.
If I could choose my superpower it would be the ability to heal myself and others from any illness or injury. My second choice is telekinesis, which would allow me to fly, defend myself and others, and keep that airplane from hitting me.
