Interesting choices...
Never get fat means I can eat whatever I want to eat, whenever and not worry about it.
Never get tired assuming it means not needing sleep means I've got more free time and energy to do... stuff.
Remember everything means what it says, however I believe there are somethings we should never remember, like the first 3 years of life. Could be nightmarish...
Be liked by everyone would get boring if there was no one to dislike/hate or have some form of conflict with.
Gotta go with never get tired.

never get tired = productivity at 100% = money

MVP(Mod’s Choice)= Master Samus; I think Master Samus played amazingly for a guy who claims it was his second only mafia game. He never led the town on him and that’s why he deserves this award. He was impressive in manipulating the town that led to the ultimate mafia victory.
Player of Mafia; Master Samus/emudevelopment (shared); I think both were instrumental in the town’s defeat. Both were manipulative and deceptive. They clearly came out as pro-town and looked like de-facto town leaders. They led the lynch wagon w/o anyone uncovering their true motives.
Samus, you should be proud that you've helped make an environment where people feel safe enough to share their experiences.

Remember everything has its downsides. You could never watch a movie or read a book a second time without being utterly bored.
Not getting fat is easy enough with a modicum of self-discipline anyway, so why waste a wish on it?
Being liked by everyone, meh. I hate popular people and wouldn't want to hate myself.
Not getting tired, now that's a win-win! Think of all the stuff you could get done and all the fun you could have. Plus make all your co-workers look bad, a small bonus.
