In third world, if you're poor, you have lots of kids, unfortunately they are a source of income by starting to work early with no prospects of school.
The more qualified and educated have less kids, but less educated have more, to some extent, lack of education also causes poverty, a vicious cycle.

Anything that forces, condones, or encourages abortion is wrong, and really just killing to correct an inconvenience after it's been created. I believe there is too much responsibility on our girls to prevent pregnancy. I have three girls, so I know something about this.
It would be best to be able to somehow shut off reproductive function of everyone at birth. It can be turned back on when we're ready to make new children. To have it turned back on there should be a long checklist to ensure responsibility remains directly with them and their family, and complete understanding that failure is not an option.

1 is stupid, I know people who can ace tests but 5 min later can't even know what was asked. Testing means nothing, RL experience after 18+ years and some still fail at the most basic thing. Support and society is what is required, not individual free-to-breed tickets.
2 is time dependent, grats on having 1million today and 1 cent tomorrow. Ever heared of child benefit? Shortsighted and in no way a society which is viable in the long run. Rich people aren't the smartest, or rather the cleverest. A bumpy ride taken thruw life makes sure a bumpy ride can be supported for the next generation. Just sitting on your arse cause daddy was CEO of company X means nothing.
3 requires atleast some level of DNA analysis we currently don't have. We can test for like a dozen genetic defects with clarity off future disability. Many others are mere "indications" being searched for. Such screening can be done after conception and only be utilized with effect on the child when major KNOWN conditions are a CERTAINTY in the future of said child. Enything else is hocus pockery of your run of the mill eugenetic fanatic.
4 is so not the opposite of 1, 2, 3, 5, ...

Having children is a basic human right and no-one should be allowed to put restrictions and conditions on it. I am ok with awareness creation towards the benefits of birth control however, but not any government laws that puts a restriction on it.

In most developed countries, it is going to be the tax payers/government, who will be supporting these children.
In this case I think the government should be able to put in regulations, especially if they are going to be supporting this
e.g in the UK you get child support for each child up until a certain age, don't wanna work? Just breed. Free money!

MVP(Mod’s Choice)= Master Samus; I think Master Samus played amazingly for a guy who claims it was his second only mafia game. He never led the town on him and that’s why he deserves this award. He was impressive in manipulating the town that led to the ultimate mafia victory.
Player of Mafia; Master Samus/emudevelopment (shared); I think both were instrumental in the town’s defeat. Both were manipulative and deceptive. They clearly came out as pro-town and looked like de-facto town leaders. They led the lynch wagon w/o anyone uncovering their true motives.
Samus, you should be proud that you've helped make an environment where people feel safe enough to share their experiences.

Couldnt agree more on point #1, I have so many examples and experiences that I pretty much gave up on education having any correlation with lack of stupidity or common sense.

There should just be a full moratorium on having children for about a decade. That should do a lot to fix our environmental problems...
