I for one, cherish my nuclear weapons and choose wisely who deserves to eat one.

They aren't family pets, boy, no matter how much you keep stroking them. Buy in bulk and nuke in bulk. Glass those fools. What the hell do you plan to spend a multi-year warchest on? It's not like you're earning interest.
