Turkey all the way.
That way, I can watch people stuff their faces, get overtly full, fall asleep, and leave me the hell alone.

NAAC Will Never Be ForgottenFor continued dedication and tenacity, as a warrior and as military officer. Wolfpacks has been fighting both in this war and the last with complete abandon, he has also been pounding the pavement as Commanding Officer making sure every enemy has been covered.Without members like you IRON would be less of an alliance. Well done.

Two years ago when one brother was with his wife's family and the other was working it was just me and my parents for Christmas day, and I did three venison steaks slow cooked on a griddle pan with port and redcurrent sauce...delicious.

well, if given the choice, Turkey is the way to go. Chicken is too average, pork, eh, not my favorite, my family except me hates fish. So options are limited. Though I've never had duck. I doubt my family would ever go for it ether. They are a bit picky.

Duck is very nice. It has quite a distinct flavor though.
In general no-one in my family likes Turkey. So beef, duck, goose or venison are always the choice. (Duck does have the disadvantage that someone will feel obliged to make a "Christmas Quacker" joke.
