so i got a PS3 again. So i'm attempting to get into my old account. I don't remember my password, and the email no longer exsists that I signed up on. Try calling Custumer support, "You need to go online and chat with a representive there" Hangs up on me. I try the chat, average wait time....30 MINS. WTF PLAYSTATION. I've never seen any Customer Support like this, and this slow. I thought Ubisoft was bad.

MVP(Mod’s Choice)= Master Samus; I think Master Samus played amazingly for a guy who claims it was his second only mafia game. He never led the town on him and that’s why he deserves this award. He was impressive in manipulating the town that led to the ultimate mafia victory.
 
Player of Mafia; Master Samus/emudevelopment (shared); I think both were instrumental in the town’s defeat. Both were manipulative and deceptive. They clearly came out as pro-town and looked like de-facto town leaders. They led the lynch wagon w/o anyone uncovering their true motives.

Samus, you should be proud that you've helped make an environment where people feel safe enough to share their experiences.

My husband had hell trying to get his PSN password reset, simply because he changed phone numbers because of his "friends" using his number to make purchases, and other junk like that. His password was set to be texted to his phone if it was ever forgotten, and since he changed, Sony said there was nothing they could do. So he called AT&T and told them what was going on and they were nice enough to activate the old number back for a day, since we still had the sim card. So, he was able to get his reset sent to it and finally got his account back, after 3-4 hrs of their bs. I made sure to make him update his number on that account incase it happens again.


But you should do as someone else said and try to get that e-mail account back. Or just make a new PSN account.

I would say this is where we should declare war on big companies, like Sony, but then we'd have to add on pretty much every big business out there. Hell, at least you get service in around 30 minutes with Sony. Just dealing with my ISP alone takes days before it gets resolved. :mellow:

Yeah, I've worked in customer service helping people with their bills and whatnot. It's not difficult to give good customer service. Apparently though, now and days, this is the standard:

CSR: "Hi, how may we help you?"
Me: "I have a problem with such and such thing."
CSR: "Can you please repeat all the information the last person requested you give them?"
Me: -- Gives information.... again --

CSR: "Sorry, there is nothing we care to help you with." -- Hangs up/exits
