Hey, XBOXers!
So, I'm "the gamer" at my workplace and a colleague of mine asked me if I knew any casual coop games that he could play with his GF. He owns an XBOX1 and was thinking about something where he could sit down with his GF for 30-45 minutes and have some good casual fun.
Since I don't own an XBOX and coop/casual is not really my field of expertise, could you recommend some titles that fit the criteria? Thanks!

Borderlands 1 and 2 are highly entertaining in coop. The Pre Sequel is rather hit or miss with most people, so I would avoid it as your first game in the series.

Do these work with splitscreen/two controllers? Also, what about Two Brothers?

Xbox original or Xbox one? If its original theres Hunter the reckoning, metal slug, Baldur's Gate Dark alliance, halo 1&2, fusion frenzy, and basically any fighting game.
For the Xbox one
Diablo 3, Castle Crashers, Lego games (not kidding), gears of war ultimate edition, Borderlands: The Handsome collection, Divinity; Original Sin, Dynasty Warriors 8, Gears of war 4 (not out yet), Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Rocket league, Terraria.
All are splitscreen with 2 controllers. Some of those are pretty violent so if she doesn't like that I would point them towards rocket league and the lego games.

January, IRON's Member of the Month is obvious. With our two top Military guys out for the Holidays, we had a monumental problem. IRON needed not only a leader to step up and lead our highly motivated Military, but one to also lead our sides coalition. We needed someone who the rest of the world respected and had the experience to plan and execute a winning battle strategy. While the opportunity to lead the coalition did not emerge, he took the job knowing that he may very well be the Master Military Coordinator of the Coalition. IRON's Military was in good hands. Also while the war wound down he took over the Awards Dept issuing some long over due awards. I present to you the protector of puppies, taker of Welsh virginity, the son of IRON, Bill N Ted.
